Evelyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Benin, and received formal broadcast training at the National Broadcast Academy, Lagos. She is a Certified International Professional Manager (IPMA–UK) and a Certified Customer Relationship Manager (Chartered Institute of CRM, Lagos).

Beyond her professional career, Evelyn is a mental health advocate. She is also a committed advocate for youth and women in politics, and a champion for quality education, especially for the girl child.
